Sit back, relax, and get training specific delivered to your desktop!  These 2 hour ACT! Webinars are lecture style presentations performed by a live instructor who is an ACT! Use Groups & Companies in ACT!

This Webinar focuses on how to manage contacts through the use of the Groups & Companies. Learn how to create and modify, add or remove contacts and generate lookups for Groups & Companies.

NEW! ACT! Customizing Series*

Cost:  $175 per person

This series of webinars provides you with a step by step guide to customizing your database for efficient use both now and in the future.  Each class builds upon the other and involves interactive homework.

Webinar 1 - Determine your projected use of ACT! This session sets the framework for planning the customization of your database.  The focus will be to recognize short and long term database goals, how to discern field settings, and what level fields need to be applied.  Homework will be assigned. Class is 1 Hour

Webinar 2 - Create, define, and display fields. The second session focuses on customizing contact, company, and group layout.  Homework completed will be used in conjunction with a planned agenda to complete ideas discussed. Class is 1 Hour

Webinar 3 - Sales opportunity customization.  The third session focuses on customizing sales opportunities.  All previous sessions are reviewed for completion.  This session wraps up with a Q & A session.  Class is 1.5 hours

Spend a day in our training facility and polish up your ACT! efficiently. Through personal guidance from one of our ACT! Certified Consultants, you can expand upon your ACT! skill sets.  Classes are kept small to maximize student interaction. All public training classes run from 9:00 am and will end by 5pm.

ACT! Power User 
Cost: $375 per person / $350 each for 2+ people from the same company
This hands-on class will teach you how to become an efficient ACT! user.  Training topics include learning the ACT! interface, managing contacts, performing lookups, manipulating list views, scheduling activities, managing sales and opportunities, writing letters and performing mail merges.

ACT! Advanced User (AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST)
Cost: $375 per person / $350 each for 2+ people from the same company

(It is recommended that you first attend the ACT! Power User class.) This hands-on class is an in-depth view of ACT! Power User features. Learn the advanced features in ACT!. Training topics include a basic review of ACT!, manipulating the contact list view, scheduling activities, using activity series, manipulating the task list, performing advanced lookups, managing sales and opportunities, customizing the sales process and product lists, managing groups and companies, writing queries, writing letters, customizing letters and template, using mail merge, viewing and composing email.

ACT! Administrator (AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST)
Cost: $375 per person / $350 each for 2+ people from the same company

This hands-on class will teach you to effectively setup, manage, and maintain your database. Training topics include: User Management, Network Installation and Setup a Database, Database Maintenance, Database Diagnostics, Simple Database Repair and Trouble Shooting.

ACT! Customizing (AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST)
Cost: $375 per person / $350 each for 2+ people from the same company

This hands-on class is designed for the skilled ACT! user who wants to fine-tune their ACT! database by adding custom fields, modifying the layout and create custom reports.  Training topics include: create fields, define data types, and field format, create and manage drop down lists, add company logo and fields to the contact layout, set tab order, and create custom reports.

Target Audience:  ACT! Database Administrators, Business Owners, and ACT! Project Managers

Peachtree Basic

This course trains the new user on general bookkeeping items such as making general journal entries, making purchase orders, paying bills, billing customers, receiving payments and paying employees. Attendees of this course would already have a company set up in Peachtree.

Peachtree Advanced

Already able to perform the day to day tasks in Peachtree? Learn to automate processes using memorized transactions and alerts, send electronic bulk mail to customers, vendors or employees, reconcile accounts, apply finance charges, and create custom forms and financials. Target Audience:

This course is for new users just getting started with QuickBooks. Learn to work with lists, bank accounts, customers, vendors, and employees. Learn to make general journal entries, purchase orders, and invoices. Learn to pay bills and receive payments.

Target Audience:  New users or small business owners about to start keeping their books in QuickBooks, CPA’s, and bookkeepers.


QuickBooks Advanced
Cost: $375 per person / $350 each for 2+ people from the same company

This course trains the new or advanced user on general bookkeeping items such as working with lists and accounts and advanced topics such as setting up a company from scratch, setting up inventory, sales tax, estimating and progress billing, and tracking time.

Target Audience:  Ideal for CPAs, controllers, current users or companies switching to QuickBooks.
